LALVIN ICV D47 WINE YEAST
Lalvin ICV D47 is a wine yeast originating from Côtes-du-Rhône, France. It provides body, a round palate, and a silky finish in aromatic white and rosé wines. It supports aroma stability.
Alcohol tolerance up to 15%.
Fermentation temperature range: 15–30°C.
It contributes a silky texture and a persistent finish to wine. It shows good compatibility with malolactic bacteria for malolactic fermentation.
In addition to white and rosé wines, it is also suitable for fruit wines, cider, and mead production, particularly for producers aiming for aromatic complexity and enhanced mouthfeel.
